Q1: When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our shop in Canada. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Q2: Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes. We ship within Canada and to select international destinations.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location, and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q3: What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund. Visit our Returns page for full details.
Q4: How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. This will let you see where your package is at all times.
Q5: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Q6: Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
